Marketing Operations Manager
North America – Tampa, FL or Miami, FL or Vancouver, BC
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be a key contributor to our growing in-house marketing automation practice. You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operation of Kaseya’s marketing technology and automation systems, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.com, to optimize our marketing programs and initiatives for improved ROI. You will work closely with global marketing colleagues to adopt industry best practices for building and executing automated campaigns, measuring performance and optimizing marketing results. During this global pandemic all Kaseya employees are working from home – you will need to regularly work from a Kaseya office when it is again safe to do so. The role will report to the VP, Marketing Operations for Kaseya.
Ideal candidates bring proven in-house marketing automation experience, as well as a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
Responsibilities of the Role
  • Design, build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns within Marketo and Salesforce.com to deliver measurable results.
  • Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring, in accordance with industry best practices and Kaseya standards.
  • Test and QA marketing automation programs created by colleagues.
  • Manage the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.
  • Oversee various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, data enhancement tools, etc.
  • Lead various implementation projects, including migrations of various marketing automation platform instances onto our corporate Marketo instance.
  • Manage a team of Marketing Automation Specialists, approving their work.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests.
  • Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI.
  • Monitor technology developments and trends; make recommendations for adoption at Kaseya.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of marketing automation experience, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.com. Marketo certification is a plus. Strong preference given to candidates who have worked on marketing automation migration projects and/or who have serviced multiple lines of business in a single marketing automation platform instance.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and lead management.
  • A proven history of delivering high quality projects on time and with great accuracy.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment.
